Born and raised in Texas, Lance attended Texas Wesleyan University and began his HVAC career in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, gaining three years of experience in HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation. He moved to East Tennessee in 2012 and worked with local HVAC companies for 12 years before starting Air Ready HVAC in 2024.

Throughout the past 15 years in the trade, Lance has gained the experience needed to provide quality HVAC services for his customers. Lance takes his craft seriously and continues to increase his knowledge and skills.

When Lance is not working, he enjoys attending church gatherings, hiking, and spending time with his daughter, Aubrey Grace.
